What teachers ask
How does a student access Foxi?
Each student gets a code you generate from the dashboard. They open the app with that code and practise conversation with Foxi. No email or personal account is asked of the student: the code is enough.
What does the teacher see on the dashboard?
Your list of students with their practice minutes, number of conversations, their CEFR level and their code. A Management view sums up the class: number of students, total minutes, average per student and percentage of students active over 7 days. You can also export the list as CSV.
Is student data protected?
Yes. Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). The dashboard records how much a student practises, never the content of their conversations. Underage students have no email and log in with a code. Each school only sees its own students.
